Mention ‘TripAdvisor’ and it’ll strike the fear of God into many a restaurant owner. The thought of diners having a free, world-wide platform on which to air their views about the latest changes to the lunch menu or the absence of an outside seating area is understandably rather unpalatable.

However, we now live in a society where the opinion of consumers is a key driver in decision making. TripAdvisor isn’t going anywhere and, in fact, it is a superb tool for restaurateurs. But that’s for another time – today, we’re focussing on a blog we stumbled across that lists some of Nottingham Post’s favourite TripAdvisor reviews.
